Barbara has over 20 years of experience with Consulting with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.  Barbara is part owner of Commstructure Consulting and has been an integral part of the business from inception providing support in the areas of company formation; corporate operations; project controls; financial management, invoicing, budgeting, scheduling; proposal preparation; and corporate administration.  Barbara is involved in the daily operations of projects and supports the Commstructure team with expertise in project controls, budget tracking and project lifecycle.  Prior to forming Commstructure, Barbara held positions with several large regional Civil and Environmental Engineering firms including Parametrix, Sparling, WH Pacific, David Evans and Associates and SAIC performing Project Administration and Project Financial Management.
